The Position

We are looking for an experienced Grade 1 (UK year 2) class teacher to join us in April 2026 to lead our pre-grade 1 class. You must be able to move over the Easter holiday and be ready to start in mid April 2026. Ideally you will have worked in a multilingual school, have experience of teaching the Read, Write, Inc phonics programme and have experience teaching the PYP. If you do, you will find our Junior School a joy to work in, the students are able, well behaved and want to learn. Our staff are experienced, supportive and committed to excellence. NLCS Kobe

NLCS Kobe serves students in Grades 1 to 6, with plans to expand to Grades 7 and 8 as the school grows. Located on Rokkō Island, the campus offers convenient access to the vibrant commercial centres of both Osaka and Kobe.
